This Privacy Policy explains how Spydi Studio collects, uses and discloses information, and describes the choices available to you. It applies to all games and applications published by Spydi Studio on mobile app stores and web gaming platforms (each, the “App”).
We collect nothing about you directly. Our Apps have no accounts and no login, and we operate no servers of our own. We never ask for your name, address, phone number or e-mail.
Your game data — progress, settings, purchases and similar — is stored locally on your device. Deleting the App deletes it. On web gaming platforms, that data may instead be stored by the platform under your platform account, so that your progress follows you between devices.
Our Apps use third-party services, and which ones are used varies from one App to another. These services may collect information such as your device’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device model and name, operating system version, App configuration, the time and date of use, and similar statistics.
| Service | Why it may be used |
|---|---|
| Google AdMob | Displaying advertisements in mobile Apps |
| Yandex Games | Advertising, cloud save and platform features in Apps published on Yandex Games |
| Unity | Game engine used by some of our Apps; may collect device information for analytics and hardware statistics |
| Apple App Store / Google Play | Processing in-app purchases, where an App offers them |
Third-party privacy policies: Google · AdMob · Yandex · Unity · Apple. These services operate under their own policies and terms.
Most of our Apps are free and funded by advertising. Advertising services use your device’s advertising identifier to deliver and measure ads, including ads based on your interests.
On iOS, you are asked for permission before any tracking identifier is used (App Tracking Transparency). If you decline, ads still work — they are simply not personalised, and no feature of the App is withheld. You can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, we ask for your consent through Google’s consent flow before personalised ads are shown, and you can change or withdraw that consent later.
On Android, you can opt out of personalised advertising in your device settings (“Opt out of Ads Personalisation”).
Some of our Apps offer in-app purchases — for example an option to remove advertising — and others have none at all. Where purchases exist, the transaction is processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see or store your payment details. We keep only a record of what was purchased (for example a “purchased” flag) so that you are not charged twice and keep what you paid for.
When an error occurs in an App, data and information may be collected through third-party products on your device (“Log Data”). Log Data may include your device’s IP address, device name, operating system version, App configuration, the time and date of use, and other statistics. It is used to find and fix faults.
Our Apps are not directed at anyone under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take the necessary action.
This policy describes how we work across all of our Apps. For exactly what a particular App collects, see its privacy information on its store page — the App Privacy section on the App Store, or the Data safety section on Google Play. Those entries are maintained per App and are the most specific source. If anything there seems to conflict with this page, write to us and we will correct it.
We value your trust and strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are effective immediately once posted on this page, and the date at the top changes with them.
