Block Bloom! Color Escape
Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 21, 2026

This policy explains how Block Bloom! Color Escape handles information. The game is published by Fatih Güneş under the Spydi Studio brand. Contact us at wordfatih@gmail.com.

Campaign progress is saved on your device. Optional online Challenge stores a player profile and verified results on our hosted service. The iOS game also integrates Google AdMob advertising and privacy tools. These are separate uses of information, explained below.

1. Scope and intended audience

This policy applies to Block Bloom! Color Escape, including its optional online features. It does not describe every other Spydi Studio game or every feature of our website. The game is intended for players aged 13 and older.

The game has no real-money in-app purchases in this version. Game coins and boosters have no cash value. We do not ask for a payment card, email address, telephone number or real name to create an online player.

2. Information saved on your device

The game saves campaign progress, stars, scores, coins, boosters, collection selections, Daily progress, language, and audio, graphics and accessibility settings on your device. Local ad receipts and presentation history help prevent duplicate rewards and limit advertising frequency.

We also save the welcome-notice version and your selected broad age range: under 13, 13–15, 16–17, or 18 and older. We do not request an exact birthday. The age range is not included in the online leaderboard profile. Derived age-related settings are used by the advertising integration.

These local campaign saves are not automatically uploaded to or restored by the Challenge server. Removing the app or clearing its storage may remove them. Any operating-system backup is controlled by your device and platform settings.

3. Your optional online player

When you create or restore an online player, the game sends the chosen player name or recovery information to our service. The service stores a player identifier, nickname, selected built-in avatar and frame, player status, authentication and recovery verification hashes, and creation and activity timestamps.

The game keeps credentials and the recovery code on your device so it can reconnect. The recovery code gives access to your online player: keep it private and do not include it in an initial support email. The service does not use an email login, and restoring an online player does not transfer local campaign progress or coins.

Use a nickname that does not reveal private information. The game does not offer photo uploads, chat, direct messages or a public social feed.

4. Challenge results and public leaderboards

To check an online result, the game sends its run token, competition identifier, puzzle move transcript, and app and puzzle-catalogue versions. The server checks the moves and stores the accepted score and move totals, verification hashes, ranking information and relevant timestamps. It does not retain the full move transcript as a stored transcript.

Other players can see leaderboard nicknames, avatars, frames, ranks and results. Final top-ranking snapshots and aggregate player statistics can remain after a competition ends. Historical snapshots may show the name used when they were created.

These records are used to provide the requested competition, validate results, rank players, recover access and protect fair play. Relevant administrative security records may be used to investigate misuse.

5. Hosting and service security

Cloudflare hosts the online API and database. Connecting to the service exposes technical information such as your connection IP address and request metadata to the hosting provider. Our service uses IP-based request limits and authenticated player identifiers to help prevent abuse. Operational diagnostics help identify service failures.

Our application error messages are designed to omit player credentials, recovery codes and complete move transcripts. The hosting platform may also process its own operational and security logs. Provider retention is separate from the game database retention described below.

Cloudflare and other service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Their privacy practices are described in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

6. Advertising and Google privacy tools

When advertising is enabled, the iOS game uses Google AdMob for interstitial, rewarded interstitial and rewarded ads, and Google's User Messaging Platform for applicable privacy messages. These services may process IP-derived approximate location, device or advertising identifiers, ad views and interactions, app interactions, crash reports and other performance or diagnostic information.

Google uses this information for advertising, measurement, analytics and service operation. Processing varies with your age-related settings, privacy choices and device permissions. The game does not send your Challenge recovery code, nickname or puzzle move transcript to its advertising integration.

More information is available in the Google Privacy Policy and Google Mobile Ads data disclosure.

Ad requests stay off before an age range is resolved and when the selected age range is under 13. Younger age ranges receive the corresponding restrictive advertising settings. Choosing “Not now” on the age-range screen leaves ads off.

7. Your privacy and tracking choices

Continuing past the welcome notice is not permission for personalized advertising or tracking. Where applicable, Google's consent message presents separate privacy choices before eligible ad requests. Apple may separately ask for tracking permission. You may decline that permission and can review it later in your device settings.

Where available, open Privacy choices in the game's Settings to review or change the options provided for your region. Age restrictions may limit the messages or ads available. Withdrawing an optional permission does not remove your saved campaign progress or prevent ordinary puzzle play.

Rewarded offers are optional. A rewarded interstitial explains the offer and provides a Skip option. Declining a bonus ad does not remove the coins you already earned from a level. An ad provider reports when a reward is earned so the game can apply it once.

You can play the campaign without creating an online player. Local saves and online player data are separate; deleting the local app alone does not delete records already stored by the online service.

8. Information you send to support

If you contact us, we receive your email address and the message, attachments and other information you choose to send. We use them to investigate the issue, answer your request and keep a record of the conversation. Email is processed through our email service provider.

Send only what is necessary. Check screenshots and recordings for personal information before sharing them. Do not send a password or recovery code in an initial message. Support may ask for a proportionate way to verify ownership before changing or disclosing online-player information.

9. Retention and deletion

Local records remain in app storage until replaced or removed. Online player records, finalized ranking snapshots and aggregate Challenge statistics do not expire automatically; they remain until the online player is deleted or the records are otherwise removed. Temporary verification receipts and older active-leaderboard records are periodically cleaned up.

To delete the online player currently connected to your device, open Settings → Delete online player, read the confirmation and choose Delete permanently. The same action is available from Player Settings. The request uses your existing player credentials to verify ownership; you do not need to contact support to initiate it.

After the server confirms deletion, the player's online profile, authentication and recovery records, ranking entries and historical results, aggregate statistics, verification receipts and associated administrative security records are removed from the active game database. The game clears the device's online identity and pending online run. The old recovery code can no longer restore that player. Public leaderboard copies may remain briefly while their cache expires.

Deleting the online player does not delete your local campaign progress, coins, boosters, collection or settings. An active Challenge run ends when you confirm deletion. A connection is needed to complete the server request: if it fails, the game reports the failure and allows you to retry rather than claiming that your information was deleted.

Clearing device storage or uninstalling the app is not a request to delete the online player. Advertising and hosting providers manage their own records, including operational logs and any recovery backups, under their policies and applicable requirements; the in-game action does not claim to erase those independent records immediately.

For access, correction, help with an inaccessible online player, or other privacy requests, contact wordfatih@gmail.com. Explain the request and provide the player nickname or identifier if available. Do not send your recovery code in the initial email. We may need to verify that the player belongs to you.

10. Rights and legal requirements

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of personal information, restrict or object to some processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Contact us to make a request. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

We use online-player information to operate the features you request and safeguard the service, and support correspondence to answer you. Where consent is required for advertising or tracking, the relevant consent and device-permission controls are separate from accepting the game's terms. Withdrawing consent does not change the lawfulness of processing that happened before withdrawal.

Information may be disclosed when required by applicable law or necessary to respond to a valid legal request or protect the service and its users.

11. Younger players

Block Bloom! Color Escape is intended for ages 13 and older. The age-range screen does not ask for an exact date of birth. Selected under-13 users do not receive ad requests through the game's advertising service. The broad age choice controls advertising treatment; it is not an identity-verification process.

A parent or guardian who believes that a younger child submitted information to the online service can contact us to request a review and removal of the child's information where appropriate.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the game's features, providers or data practices change. The date at the top identifies the latest update. Where an additional notice or new consent is required, it will be provided through the appropriate game or consent flow.
